The report was published in CIO Insight magazine and provides comprehensive analysis of the world's leading outsourcing destinations - both currently and in 2015.

IBM

Created strategy for IBM Global Incubation and Going Global Workshops and Seminars. Contributed to IBM GIO. Identified and created opportunity roadmaps for investment, venture capital, incubation, and strategic partnerships at IBM resulting in $2 billion in revenue over 24 months, and provided coaching to over 100 portfolio startups.

Finance

Assisted in the creation and running of several Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisition departments for key NY-based funds and financial services firms, including IBM, ITF Global Partners, Eisner & Co., Wellfleet Partners. Participated in many transactions, including M&A, venture capital, hedge funds, private equity and capital markets. Re-architected the M&A/buy-sell process and methodology for the world's largest LBO.

Created consulting methodologies for IBM, USWEB/CKS, Coopers & Lybrand, A.T. Kearney, and EDS.

Culture Change/Management Workshops

Conducted 100's of international executive courses and workshops on culture management. Coached executives on how to be more effective to global NGOs and MNC. Customers include: IBM, 3M, Vodafone, McCain, JP Morgan Chase, Texaco, the World Bank, IMF, Russian Government, European Central Bank, UNDP and Unilever.

Books

Members of Going Global Ventures have authored books on technology and globalization, such as: CTO Handbook; Six Billion Minds; Fast Forward; Plato, Not Prozac.

Teleconferences/Events

Organized and conducted over a dozen international leadership events and programs that attracted world-class audiences and speakers.

Launched award-winning magazines and web sites, conducted monthly proprietary research on business and technology issues for CIOs.

New Media

Launched a leading podcast about global business development and technology, featuring interviews with the world's thought leaders and pioneers in this space. Providing services for companies and organizations entering Second Life with an academic partner, Northern Illinois University.

Public Sector/Government

Managed complex technical US Government programs in excess of $100M . Involved on research team to seek out US technologies whose innovations could help homeland security efforts. Drafted a strategic technology plan for a unit of the Department of Defense, US Government.
