Mark Minevich, is a global change agent, better known as "Global Mark" because of his thought leadership on globalization and innovation.

Mark is a sought-after speaker on globalization, innovation and knowledge economies. He has been instrumental in pinpointing the challenges organizations face in today's global economy and how globalization impacts businesses, individuals and societies. He authored Six Billon Minds: Global Outsourcing in the Knowledge Economy and The CTO Handbook: The Indispensable Technology Leadership Resource. He is Founder and Chairman of the Global Foundation for Sustainability of Billions of Minds and President of Going Global Ventures, a Global KPO. He has advised the U.S. government on innovation and bilateral relationships with emerging economies. He served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Chief Strategy Officer of Enamics/BTM Corp. and was an IBM executive, CTO and senior strategist of the IBM Next Generation Group. He identified and created opportunity roadmaps for investment, venture capital, incubation, and strategic partnerships resulting in $2 billion in revenue over 24 months, and provided coaching to over 100 portfolio startups. Throughout his career, Mark has served as a CTO and a strategist for several public and private companies. He has guided investments in venture opportunities that serve the strategic, portfolio, and growth ambitions of IBM partners and clientsHe managed operational infrastructure, development methodology and technical resources at USWEB/CKS. His entrepreneurial nature has led him to be a founding member in companies such as VitaSave, Silicon Jersey, and Club Mom, for which he played an integral role in raising $50m in funding. He has held several technology and management positions at global companies, such as Comcast, Qwest Communications and Geotek Communications. Mark developed research and created a rating system for evaluating the global competitiveness of the leading outsourcing destinations. Mark is a recipient of the prestigious Albert Einstein Award for outstanding achievement. Mark holds M.B.A. in Information Management, Stevens Institute of Technology.
